Legendary coach Graham Smith sits down with Bruce McLane to talk about coaching coaches, how player-centric and player-focused are different, and how you're still required to be a coach, and he touches on how he helped build England into a world champion.

Graham Smith has been coaching professionally since 1993. He worked for the RFU for 22 years in community rugby, player development, elite development, and elite international rugby, He has experience with men's and women's rugby at all levels, from youth development to England U18 boys and England Women, winning the 2014 World Cup.
