Round 2 of ARP Set with Four Teams in Action

Round 2 of ARP Set with Four Teams in Action

White Plains and NYAC battle for lineout ball last week.

Round 2 of the ARP is set with NYAC taking on NYC rivals Old Blue, and White Plains taking on 2024 champs Mystic River.

After getting a win over NYAC last week, White Plains is looking to put a few more pieces together. WP Head Coach Ray Weiner said last week that his team just needed to train a bit more, and they had a week to work on some missed opportunities.

As for Old Blues vs NYAC, some new faces show up, too. Recent college players Keeling Coyle (South Florida, and before that St. Bonaventure) starts at flyhalf for Old Blue. UMW grad Nick Sydorowitz looks to get his first minutes at hooker.

Last week's player of the game for NYAC< Santi Mascolo, is also the team's captain and was inspirational. This is a long-standing rivalry, of course, and shouldn't disappoint.
