This episode of RuggaMatrix America was sort of an accident. After an interview we recorded with Blake Gilbert, a scrumhalf from Southern California who will attend Saint Mary's in the fall, we decided to make it into a podcast.

Gilbert's observations on why touring is so important and education, how he looks at coaching in high school, and how the spirit of sportsmanship and being humble still resonate in the game were too good.

We talk a lot to coaches, so now it's time to talk to some younger players about what they see happening in the sport, what they get out of it, and what they want to put into it.
