Middlebury College, in Middlebury, Vt., is looking for an Assistant Coach for the Men's Rugby Club.

This is a paid position; the successful candidate will be employed by the college. The Middlebury College Rugby Club (MCRC) competes in USA Rugby's DIAA East Coast Rugby Conference (ECRC) against the likes of Boston College, University of Massachusetts, University of Connecticut, American International College, Northeastern University, Fairfield University, University of Albany, and New England College.

The MCRC has a strong reputation for high-level, competitive rugby. The Panthers won the ECRC in 2012 and 2013, and were semifinalists in the 2013 American Collegiate Rugby Championship.
Several MCRC players have been named All0American, and is a consistent participant in national playoffs in both 15s and 7s.
