This was a relatively quiet D2 weekend because of the long weekend, but we did get some results that prompted some changes.

There is no change for teams ranked #3 to #20. We do have a new #1. There isn't really much difference, at the moment, between IUP, Norwich, and Principia. The benefit Norwich has is a more robust league season and the Cadets have been winning big there. IUP didn't do anything wrong really; it's more what Norwich was able to do.

Once we get past #20 there are a number of changes. We decided that a couple of teams were better suited as Small-College, so that opens up a place for the likes of Louisiana Tech and Chicago. Of course Chicago beat a ranked team, so they come in anyway. We decided we've been undervaluing Miami of Ohio, so they go to #21. Coast Guard got dinged pretty hard for their loss to Norwich. Now we're essentially saying ... 'you and everyone else' lost big to the Cadets, so we eased up.

Pitt State's close loss to a very good Central Missouri bumps them up.

Games to watch this week: IUP vs WVU, Pitt State vs UMS&T, Vermont vs Coast Guard, Memphis vs Auburn (!), and the MARC matchups Towson vs Georgetown and Villanova vs TCNJ.
