Keystone Conference Fall 2016
The Keystone Rugby Confefence will kick off in late September in a mad rush of a season that involves eight teams.
With James Madison having moved on to the Chesapeake Conference, and Shippensburg men's rugby on suspension, the conference is back to eight teams in two divisions.
Each team will play the other three teams in its division once, making for three rounds of the regular-season. East Division is Rutgers, Temple, West Chester, and Villanova; West Division is Pitt, Saint Joseph's, Lock Haven, and Millersville.
Then all eight will enter the quarterfinals, with the teams crossing over to play the opposite division, and then two weeks later will be a two-game weekend of semis and final.
It's all up in the air in terms of who will contend. Many of the teams involved have dealt with significant changes. However, it's likely that Saint Joseph's, Pitt, Rutgers, and Temple will be in contention for the conference title.
