IRANZ Tournament Extending Invitations to US Teams

IRANZ Tournament Extending Invitations to US Teams

IRANZ is hosting a select side residency training and tournament in New Zealand in April.

The International Rugby Academy of New Zealand is hosting a tournament for U15 and U18 teams in New Zealand, and are putting out an invitation to US-based select sides to enter.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right team to train and play with expert coaches in New Zealand. Teams, U16s and/or U18, would spend a week in New Zealand training and learning and also competing.

The U18 tournament will be held April 4-10 in Upper Hutt, NZ just northeast of the nation's capital of Wellington.

Players arrive to start training and preparing with IRANZ coaches such as longtime professional coach Wayne Taylor, former Maori All Blacks Head Coach Colin Cooper, and former All Black Aaron Mauger.

Professional skills coaches, referees, and former internationals all work with the players in the days leading up to the competitions.

The tournament brings together emerging talent from all over the world. The key part is that there's a residency aspect, not just getting teams on the field.

Players get direct statistical and analytical feedback and fully-professional game coding.

Teams stay in a fully high-performance environment, and the tournament fee includes accommodation, meals, training, coaching, and competition.
