Two weeks of action provide inspiration for our Gamebreakers column - here are the boys HS players who played well over the last two weekends.

Ryan Jurcziak, St. Thomas Aquinas

The St. Thomas Aquinas No. 8 was dominant in the lineouts as STA beat Bixby, Union, and Kansas City Junior Blues.

Keiran Farmer, Woodlands

The senior flyhalf showed off some superb sidestepping and pace in testing the St. Thomas defenses, and his ability to read the game led Woodlands to a big win over their Houston rivals.

Matt Goena, Torrey Pines

Goena scored a try and made some crucial defensives plays as Torrey Pines defeated La Costa Canyon for the Southern California Varsity Red title.

Skylar Vilaychith, Cumberland Valley

Vilaychith scored two tries as CV beat Georgetown Prep.

Pita Matasau, Elsie Allen

The powerful and athletic Matasau was player of the game in the Lobos' defeat of PITS. He scored two tries and assisted on two others and defenders had all sorts of trouble containing him.

Max Cordua, Katy

The Barbarians No. 8 scored three tries in a defeat of St. Thomas.

Conrad Hawkins, Jesuit, Sacramento

The Jesuit center led the attack in a win over Motherlode.

Alex Lopeti, Peninsula Green

Lopeti was a one-man wrecking crew for Pen Green, doing the tough work at the breakdown and playing strong defense as his team beat CK McClatchy.

Jesse Capriotti, Doylestown

In Doylestown's upset win over Gonzaga, Capriotti scored two crucial tries at the end of each half, one to turn the momentum, and one to prevent a Gonzaga comeback. Doylestown Shocks Gonzaga
