Many USA fans were unable to see the Eagles play Samoa Sunday because the Universal Sports platform wasn't working correctly.

According to a source at Universal Sports, there was an outage at Amazon which affecting Universal's streaming partners.

This has, apparently, been fixed. But, for future reference, if the streaming doesn't work on mobile devices, you can either go directly to UniversalSports.com to try to stream from there, or stream from a laptop or desktop. It was streaming through mobile devices that was most affected.

UPDATE: The PPV streaming service has now been restored, according to Universal, following this morning’s outage on Amazon Web Services. Universal is automatically providing subscribers with refunds. All subscribers to today’s matches, including those who made single game purchases and the all-tournament package, will receive refunds.
