We've combed through the DIAA conferences to give a nod to the statistical leaders throughout the college game. 

Below are the points-scoring and try-scoring leaders from every DIAA conference. The SCRC did not record those stats and so we don't have them. But the rest we do, even the conferences that ended their season early.
