This week's results told us a lot.

We see that Kansas is a strong program and as now a spring finalist, and they could well push for a higher ranking still. KU didn't win by massive margins, however, and winning big can help get you moved up. We'll see how they handle against the Western finalist, which we identify next week. Our gut feeling at the moment is that if Fresno State continues to roll through, they could be in the top 3, maybe #1.

The Lonestar Conference showed themselves to be stronger than we though. Both playoff teams, plus Sam Houston State, who were competitive with Texas State and UTSA, also get pulled up. 

Florida State and Central Florida? Well the Florida Conference is independent, so they don't have a playoff outside their borders. That makes it hard to move them up higher. Still, we've got a small amount of ata that indicates that, yes, they are worthy of Top 10 consideration.
