Slowly but surely the best teams of the winter/spring DIAA season are working their way up.
Like an airplane trying to set an altitude record, the high you guy the tough it is to ascend. But Fresno State is now in the Top 10. Florida State is now in the Top 15. WWU, San Diego, and CSULB are knocking on the door of the Top 20.
All of these teams are moving up and as they play additional serious games they could move up higher ... or not if they falter. This coming weekend the Lonestar Conference playoffs come and that could provide a boost for the winner. We need to see those teams play outside their region, but that's true of everyone.
Is anyone better than Tennessee ... not to mention Bowling Green, Notre Dame, Brown, or Queens? Possibly.
