As we step lightly back into D1 college rugby we don't have a ton of results to work with, but we do have a few different competitions playing to shake things up.
University of Oregon's good showing at the Storer Classic bumps them up, and Florida is sorting itself. The thing is, we had Florida teams kind of bunched, and then they all had to play close games, so they're even more bunched.
