D2 Weekend Preview—Testing the Waters
Marquette has an interesting challenge this weekend.
It's a slow burn in early September for D2 College Rugby.
The major contenders for playoff rugby aren't going to play each other, for the most part, for a while.
But we do have a couple of cross-conference matches to keep an eye on, such as Marquette vs Miami of Ohio and Northern Iowa vs D1AA's Iowa State.
We have questions regarding who will bubble to the top in the Liberty, as there might be some shifting there. But for the most part this week is about testing things out.
