College Championship Weekend Webcast Info

MORAGA, Calif. - The 2016 USA Rugby College 15s National Championships, consisting of five championship matches at Saint Mary's College Saturday, May 7, will be broadcast live from 9am to 7pm PT on The Rugby Channel.

"May 7 at Saint Mary's will be championship day for USA College Rugby--five divisions--men and women, a beautiful college setting, thousands of fans, and extraordinary competition," said USA Rugby College Director Rich Cortez said on USARugby.org. "We can't wait to see the action and take delight in the efforts of the player, coaches, and referees. College rugby continues to be an integral part of the growth of our sport on the national landscape of important sporting events."

Women's Fall Champion Davenport University will face Southern California at 9 am PT at Saint Mary's Stadium. USC will take the place of Spring Champion Tulane University, which was unable to attend the Championship weekend. The Trojans finished third at the Spring Championships at UC Davis. Then the Men's DIAA final will be held between UC Davis and Notre Dame College at 11am PT. After that, it's the women's DI Elite Final between Penn State and BYU at 1pm PT.

The Men's DIA Final, between Life and Saint Mary's, will kick off at 3pm PT.

And finally, the day closes out with the Women's Spring DI Championship between UC Davis and Virginia (Fall Champions UConn were unable to attend a Fall-v-Spring final). That game starts at 5pm PT.

Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event at Saint Mary's Stadium.
