BURNABY, BC — Canada 15s MNT Head Coach Mark Anscombe has made five changes in his squad that will face the USA Saturday afternoon in Burnaby, BC.

Anscombe has added Rob Brouwer, Ray Barkwill, Reegan O’Gorman, Phil Mack, and Robbie Povey, with Barkwill also taking on the mantel of the captaincy. Barkwill and Brouwer form a new-look front row with returning prop Matt Tierney. O'Gorman comes in at lock in his first Canadian cap. Mack, a longtime Canada 7s player and an effective scrumhalf in both versions of the game, will partner with new cap and starting flyhalf Povey.

Canada comes into Saturday’s game with a 38-16-1 all-time record all-time against the USA, however the Eagles have won the last five meetings, including last year's Americas Rugby Championship clash in Austin, Texas, and the 2015 World Cup warmup in Burnaby.
