The Dennis Storer Classic kicks off this weekend with five teams from the University of California system playing each other.

This tournament is now in its 11th year, having started as a tournament for teams from the Pac-12, and now is a competition for UC teams.

Cal has won every year, and is favored again this year, with UCLA the likely suspects to come second.

The teams involved - Cal, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, and UC San Diego - will play a series of shortened games against each other, most of them on Saturday, but some on Sunday, with the final game Cal v UCLA in what is expected to be a clash of undefeated teams.

UC Davis, the reigning DIAA champion, might have something to say about that.
