St. Thomas Aquinas bounced back from a loss to Woodlands last week with a 39-0 defeat fo Bixby this weekend.

Head Coach Tim Kluempers said he was especially pleased with his team's tactical decisions.

"Just the kicking decision-making was better, and deciding whether to play rugby or turn the field around," said Kluempers. "The guys kept the intensity they had demonstrated against Woodlands, but also just played smarter. But we wouldn't have been able to learn those lessons if we hadn't played Woodlands to begin with."

Aquinas got some solid performances from fullback Gabe Meier and center Bennett Bodenhamer. But the likes of flanker Brock Kluempers, center Payton Ptasnik, prop Aaron Goodwin, flyhalf Drew Minnis, and fullback Gabe Meier helped lead the win.
