Following the NSCRO Women’s Small College National Championship, both the all-tournament team and Heart-and-Soul awards were presented.

Women’s Collegiate All American coach Martha Daines selected the All-NSCRO Championship XV and presented the 15 players with a trophy and t-shirt provided by World Rugby Shop. Daines chose Roger Williams No. 8 Sadia Crosby as the championship MVP.

Heart & Soul Awards
Each Final Four coach selected one of his or her players who inspired and significantly contributed to her respective club both on and off the field. Each of the four receipients received a match ball.

NSCRO Medals
