North America gets two international 7s tournaments in the space of ten days, as the USA 7s in Las Vegas enters its 13th year (seven in Sin City), and the Canada 7s holds it inaugural tournament in Vancouver.
VANCOUVER, BC – The HSBC Canada Sevens organizing committee announced today that the HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver Men’s Rugby Tournament, scheduled for March 12 and 13, 2016 at BC Place Stadium, has reached spectator capacity. Organizers also announced today that the tournament’s partner family has grown further with the recent addition of Vancouver Airport Authority and Butchart Gardens.
VANCOUVER, BC (Canada Sevens Release) – Tournament passes for the 2016 HSBC Canada Sevens Men's Rugby Sevens Tournament open to the general public today at 10am PT. The launch of the public on sale follows a week of strong early bird ticket sales, including more than 10,000 tickets being sold in the first 24 hours of the week long early bird sales window.
Tickets for the Canada Sevens March 12-13 in Vancouver, BC will go on sale to the general public on Monday, September 8.
Tickets will be sold initially as 2-day Tournament Passes only. Tournament passes come in the form of two (2) tickets, one for Saturday, March 12 and one for Sunday, March 13. Tickets are non-transferrable – only one individual can use a ticket on any given day.
