The qualifiers for the various end-of-season 7s tournaments are starting to fall into play.

We know the teams going to the CRC (see here), bar one more to be selected. The USA Rugby list is less set as most observers aren't even sure what the qualifiers are.

The West Chester High School Boys are no strangers to Bermuda, making it to the finals for the second consecutive year at the Ariel Re Bermuda 7s. Last year West Chester lost a heartbreaker in OT to rival Greenwich High School CT. This year the West Chester Boys sealed the deal with a convincing win over a team of island selects sponsored by Ariel Re.

As exhausting as traditional rugby can be, there is no doubt that 7s requires an even bigger gas tank, testing every player’s limits; at American International College, Head Coach Rob Guiry makes sure that his players are fit and ready for the physical demands that come along with 7s.

Maybe, maybe not, but it was fun to watch. Every member of the Eagles 7s team handled the ball and did something crucial in this movement against Scotland.

The Girls HS All Americans, powered by Atavus, fell to Canada's Maple Leafs U18s in the final of the Tropical 7s International Youth Sevens Saturday in Orlando, Fla.

The HSAA team played in a small but competitive Girls u18 bracket with Canada, The Fort Lauderdale Ruckus Riptide, Indiana River, KIngwood, and the Riptide's 2nd team.
