Over 60 high school 7s teams in eight brackets converge on Salt Lake City this weekend for the North American Invitational 7s.

Defending Boys Elite champions Upright Rugby Rogues are back. The Ontario-based team beat Eagle Impact Rugby Academy at the death for the title in 2016.

Wild Finish to NAI 7s Boys Elite

EIRA returns, as doe the 3rd and 4th teams from 2016, Atlantis U18s and Atlantis U17s. Of the next seven finishers from 2016, only Play Rugby USA does not return. That list inludes Rhino Rugby Academy which did so well in the U16s a year ago - Rhino Youngsters Dominate.

Added to the field are programs such as Rocky Rugby Academy, Portland Pumas, Canadian Misfits, USA South, and Cobra Academy,

In the girls event, defending champs Upright Rugby has moved to the Open bracket, and so it's a wide open field with Utah Lions Academy, Atavus, and Atlantis, especially, poised for greatness.

Boys and Girls U18 Open, U16, and U14 round out a jam-packed field of teams. This tournament will be live-streamed by GRR partners FloRugby.
