KINGSLEY MCGOWAN
A former standout for the USA U20s, Kingsley McGowan suffered a ctastrohpic knee injury that could have seen him done with rugby for good.

BUt McGowan worked enormously hard to come back, and when he was back on the field for St. Mary's, he wasn't just back, he was better. He was stronger, a better defender, and fitter. It all showed. He was an important cog in the St. Mary's machine, and went from a player you might have to (sadly) forget, to a player you have to remember every game.
